One of the most fun and wonderful programs I get the privilege to work with is Kids Cook! for 25 years this program has taught tens of thousands of students the value of nutrition and exercise. Kids Cook! will be entirely defunded when the federal budget passes today.

in my highschool my class was the last year that Home Economics was taught, so all the kids after me didn't get the "how to mend your clothes" and "how to cook and bake" lessons. those classes are SO important to help people in their daily life and are tools that save money when implemented
