Ask, "Are you detaining people? Do you have a warrant/badge#? Will you identify yourself/your branch of law enforcement? If not, you're in violation of Article 18 of the U.S. Code Section 241 and you are on record as not identifying yourself and kidnapping these people. I'm calling the police."
If you can afford one, get a bullhorn. Mine has a siren on it. If I see domestic terrorists/bounty hunters trying to kidnap anyone, I'm taking this out, running the siren, and yelling this script at them. I keep this and a bag of glitter in my car. B/c I'm also going to tag those mofos with glitter.
