I agree that he'd be less dangerous because other politicians do not fear him, but that's not what Jain is saying.

Jain has a lot of bad takes and I'm not sure if he's entirely correct here either, but he does say basically exactly this downthread, that he's less of a threat regardless of his personal views because he does not command a cult of personality like his boss.
