My initial take was similar and this lawyer's thread shifted my thinking. Plaintiffs don't have to be perfect -- they just have to have standing -- and, absent regulation, suing on behalf of such a person can be the practical path to curbing unsafe industries.

She is a fool, but if the dairy farm was making claims about their raw milk being safe, this lawsuit may have legs.
