It remains to be seen whether the regime will follow all lawful court orders. "Won't let" is meaningless if the regime gets to just pick and choose what court orders it follows and there is no one to actually enforce them.

They are not following orders. Just ask the Supreme Court. It’s a matter of time before the tanks are out in the streets and martial law is declared. Folks we better mobilize while there is still time.
