You're just wrong. All he has to do to give the trans eliminationist movement what it wants is to do nothing as states continue to pass trans eliminationist laws, veto any expansion of trans rights that comes through Congress (as he did as CA governor) and keep saying transphobia is good.
He doesn't have to be particularly authoritarian or autocratic to give the hogs what they want. And it's evil to be willing to accept that, because what they want is the genocide of trans folks.
