Hospitals, pharmacies, and clinics might not stock it, healthcare systems follow ACIP/CDC guidance for operational, liability, and reimbursement reasons. Public programs wouldn’t include it no federal purchase or distribution through VFC

Bridge Access, or Medicare Part B without ACIP support. Individual uptake would collapse outside niche settings, few people would pay out of pocket for a vaccine not backed by CDC. It is always bad if ACIP does not back a vaccine that ia approved.
