Me as a kid after my mom told me to stop playing video games and go to bed. It is super quiet and I am sure everyone else in the house is sound asleep.

Hahaha! I love this! My parents were the same way. However, my younger brother and I shared a room. The NES was also in our room, so on nights after we had just gotten a new game, we would take turns having one on watch duty looking and listening under the door while the other played!
