This is probably why I don’t like using AI. I’ll do mashups, reference other artists or styles, but I would be doing it with my own hands and thoughts. That’s probably more respected these days.

With AI being the Middleman it's less about being creative, which can be subjective, and more about the Middleman's tactics of using immense amounts of stolen data to construct their datasets. AI wouldn't be half as functional without stolen property, and that's the main ethical and legal issue.
I could make my own points about creativity but it's all subjective. What's objective truth is the property stolen that becomes used for a dataset, entirely without repayment, consent, or any legal rights to it.
