At when Trump moved the American embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem which was a massively provocative move. Biden's administration was also far more restrictive of Israel's settlements into the WB, whereas Trump is more permissive, and emboldens them.
As for the other things that have happened before, they do happen, and ofc some things have been accumulating and getting worse, but in other ways there have been improvements, and the current administration is leaving scars and setting precedent that would be absurdly difficult to fix
