No they are Gazans. Biden did put a stop to the transfer of building destroying bombs, Trump resumed these transfers. Many of the weapons used at the beginning were weapons that were already in and have always been in Israel.

They were massacred in Syria when Assad's civil war erupted. They fled the country. The whole thing sucks. Fundamentalist extremism, no matter the religion or ideology, is the cause of so much of this and it is like diesel engine that just feeds itself.
