Not with the IQ test. It's just too hampered by bias baggage, and it isn't culturally neutral. Test them with the cognitive test President Trump keeps paying a nerd to take for him.

I'm suddenly reminded of a Monty Pythons Flying Circus sketch where they attempt to prove that penguins are just as intelligent as humans by first IQ testing the penguins, then putting a bunch of non English speaking humans in the penguin enclosure and using the same English IQ test on them.

That cognitive test that Trump took is a ten minute screening test. It doesnโt prove anything. A real cognitive test takes hours. I just took one last week. ๐
