It's not illegal, per SCOTUS, to break the law in pursuit of his official duties because Chief Justice Roberts forgot that the only power he has comes from words.

So let's not let the felons redefine words. It will not work in our favor. Citizens cannot be deported. If they are removed without due process that is an illegal exile.

Fine. Call it an exile. It is illegal for them to Exile people. As you said, the Supreme Court says he can break the law, including the one about not exiling people. He's still going to do it no matter what you call it. What matters is what we do about it after we remove him from office.

I'm afraid that if we get him impeached and removed or simply wait it out and he is replaced on January 20th 2029, he will never face Justice.

I want two things. 1: Every enabler to face what they did. Legal, social, and financial repercussions are all on the table. 2: No future administration to accept the lie of "deporting a citizen" when they return to the border.
