Until it changes, legal is the way it should be done versus sneaking into the country. If you do, or you overstay a visa, you risk getting thrown out…especially if you commit a crime
Uh, you risk getting kidnapped by masked, unidentified men and sent to a 5th precinct (Louisiana conservative), WITH A VALID VISA AND COMMITTING NO CRIME! Btw, “getting thrown out” means sent back to your country of origin. NOT a prison in a different country.
