It’s a good question! So my pinned post has more info but the Bank of Palestine operates and is probably the main way people get money- they pay a lot by bank transfer- there are money changers who will cash people out- but for exorbitant fees (30-40% right now), some people use crypto or PayPal

There has been (at least until March Id have to ask if they are still open) a Western Union and a Moneygram office operating in Gaza- and I do think there is a limited ability in a few places to pay via debit card (but tbh I kinda feel like that’s fallen apart most places now)
