One of the things I learned like my first week here is that there was a street with a racial slur in the name but don’t worry they were changing it- that was 8 years ago- they changed it yesterday.

I live right off a road named after the practice of stealing indigenous children to be "adopted out" for pay as brainwashees and/or farm/house/sex/etc slaves. It's near a mountain named after a sexist slur against indigenous women.
