If I have a criticism of Tony Khan and AEW it's that it seems like there aren't always open lines of communication to Tony and it can leave some people feeling like they're not being heard or not given a chance. I don't know how you solve it but I think they need better facilitation of communication

As much as like Tony Khan, he doesn't seem to be available to a majority of his roster. I know he's a very busy guy, but when you're the boss, you need to make time for your employees. Even if it's just 5 minutes. Listen to their concerns and aspirations, then try to take that and help them.

I don't know it's a matter of availability or just the lines of communication or if Talent are expected to take the initiative seems like it's a bit all over the place. It sounds like he's open but I think he expects the talent to do a lot of the leg work for themselves

That could very well be the case. He's kind of always been a "hands off" guy. Letting the talent do their thing without getting in the way too much. I think he trusts them to go out there and give everyone a good show. However, I think he needs to step up a little bit and take initiative himself.
