Whether or not he placed his hand on a bible is irrelevant to humans or the law. Let God deal with the swearing to God bit. He still swore the presidential oath to uphold the laws and the constitution of the US, and that is what is relevant to our legal system here on Earth, in the US.

Be that as it may, he know what the Bible means and he decided to mock it and those who think it’s important. He had no intention of upholding anything that gets in the way of him getting more power and money.
