He didn’t say what to do Texans, but here are suggestions 1) peacefully protest at the State Capitol & in streets 2) call Repub Texas Reps & Gov & let them know you don’t approve of the GERRYMANDERING 3) Let Repub Reps know you will withdraw ALL financial support 4) bring friends along 5) volunteer
The key is organizing. We need leaders and organizers in every state to do these things. The "peaceful"protests are beginning to annoy me, because, we need to be seen, we need to be felt, we need to be more than just painfully annoying. And - don't forget strikes and boycotts. 🚬😎
Texas' GOP leaders don't care what voters do or say and haven't for some time. They get their money from big donors and big donors pull the strings. We're already so gerrymandered that change is virtually impossible. Only Federal level voting rights protections can help Texans now.

Quite true. Many if not most big donors have their own agendas that are not necessarily aligned with Trump's idea of a good economy.
