Not from everyone, but the last budget took it away from a lot of people, and reduced funding enough that many rural areas would lose any healthcare providers, and probably hurt it enough to kill the system in a pretty short time.

Definitely as to Medicaid - which is a disaster. I wasn't sure about Medicare. I know they want to "starve" the ACA, but I haven't seen that happen. Yet. It may be in future budget years.
