On one hand yes, on the other hand, I have adult content disabled and still get pics of naked dudes on Discover. 🫤

I also saw those for some reasons.. had to click see less of this, and it didn't go away.. wrote to support that I don't want to see it or I will delete the app.. And then it vanished thankfully..
It's really annoying, those stupid naked dudes, I blocked them, and ask not to show that content, but still happens. I only use this social media to follow and post to my favorite style corrector, and save some images from artists and women creators.
I have this too sometimes, but you can report the posts for sexual content. Idk if the posts will be marked as such afterwards. And maybe pressing "show less like this" can help too.
It happens to me all the time and I’m afraid that by engaging with the post to mute it/block the account it’s just registering that I’m clicking on these types of posts.
true xd I thought about that too. Even stop scrolling or something...
That absolutely is what happens. More than once, it has turned the entire discovery feed into a solid feed of dick pics when I started blocking. At this point, I think I have got to be close to blocking all of them.
me, too. i can only use "following" because of that. still get spammed and it started getting so bad i just gave up on discover.
Try this feed as an alternative to Discover: bsky.app/profile/spac... It finds people who liked the same posts as you, and shows you what else they've liked recently. It should have less content that you don't like.
Thank you, will do that!
Same. The only thing I can think of to explain it is that the algorithm ranks clicking the "show me less of this" as engagement. Because the more I tell it no, the more dick pics and furry porn cartoons it shows. Discover is just a cursed hellscape.
same. or fucking furry fetish drawings. why? @bsky.app
I literally tried building it nsfw and it didn't work. I get nothing on discover. Just politics mostly and lots of cute animals wolfos, bunny's...
I stopped using it for that reason, doesn't matter how many times you press the "show less" it just doesn't care. In the end, stopping using Discover was the best option.
