He most likely had no choice about that. In a way, it makes what he said even more remarkable since ole Kash was literally looking over his shoulder.

He chose not to condemn Donald Trump’s violent rhetoric, for instance. An abstract call for civility while sharing a stage with the hatful, violent regime isn’t brave or commendable.

I agree, but my point was about the rest of us having empathy. He’s a Republican who spoke moderately. We need more who will do that.

Yeah, I cant spare much for any R until they denounce this violent, hateful administration. Calls for civility before they do that are hallow and an appeal for us to surrender while we’re being attacked. As a POC, yeah, just no.
