Oh my god. For real? For the record, in my view, outside of maybe Rise of Skywalker, every non-prequel movie is better than every prequel movie. The prequels were the worst of the series & it isn’t even close.

Genuinely the seuquel trilogy winning makes more sense. It does have the problem of just going in an entirely different direction in the last movie, but TFA is decent (albeit a rehash of ANH) and TLJ is legitimately great. The prequels have RotS, but thats it.

I guess you could make the argument the prequel trilogy is better because it has one end point the entire time and never flips like that, but the actual movies overall are worse.

Yeah. The Original is the best imho, & aside from Empire, the Last Jedi is the best. I liked almost nothing from the prequels at all.
