Trump's prime enemy is China. Second is the EU. Russia provides gas and energy to China. Reward Putin with half of Ukraine and make sure that its minerals conveniently go to the US and certainly not the EU. Why would the Trump's USA neutralise the Russian menace, if it serves it so well?
