"noise" around food? Can you clarify what you mean?

Note: i tried tirzepatide but it gave me the scary high heart rate side effect. So now I try to just eat when my wife eats (works somewhat)

Its like as soon as I see food, there is a process in my head that activates. I call it noise because it is like a fly or mosquito level annoying. The only way I usually resolve it has been snacking. My wife has this happen to her too and says that tirzepatide really fixed it.

That sounds like it takes a lot of energy out of you! Not something I've ever had, I think.

Everyone told me to expect that but I didn't have any noise before that I was aware of and still don't have it now.
