That's true. However, I wouldn't underestimate the deeply fucked up, racist thinking of this administration. Once they realize they're letting brown people live in their detention centers for free, they'll put them to work.

They could. My observation so far is that they’re trying to remove as many people as possible from country as quickly as possible. And I think my larger complaint is that slave labor is being viewed as a new possibility, when in reality it’s always been here.
