what kind? because this week I've learned Bulgarian moussaka for example has nowt to do with the Greek one, tho they are both delicious. but apparently the term doesn't describe a specific recipe, more a cooking method.

Oh nice, hadn’t heard of that. Normally just do the Greek variety but I’m definitely interested in the wider world of moussaka lol.
