Freedom of religion and freedom of speech are simple rights our founding fathers wrote into the Constitution. They did so because of their own religious persecution. People seem to have forgotten basic American history and civics.

Freedom of religion doesn’t mean that Muslim terrorists or Nazi supremacists can say and do whatever they want to whomever they hate. Freedom of speech doesn’t mean you can slander someone with impunity. There are laws that govern those extremes. That’s what makes this country great.
