100% agree that there is no blanket valor for soldiers. I've never understood that. Some do horrible things to women, some kill innocents, until there is accountability for crimes then we cannot just accept that they are 'one of the good ones'. Fix the bad and then we can talk.

I mean that echos the sentiment of the rest of America. Martial rape became illegal in 1993. We can't charge someone with rape if it might hurt their future, and if we do it's like a weekend in a comfy prison. Most men get away with it and the victim is shamed. Like it's not a big deal or anything.

Isn't it insane? And honestly, I was in a group of "survivors" and the women that were in the military in the 70s and 80s had stories I couldn't believe. It was heart breaking.

I did. The salt lake VA is amazing.... It saved my life. Now they want to gut it and get rid of it . It makes me sick. I would be dead without the VA. But man, the women that served before me? Heroes. Every single one ✊

Really?? 😭😭 This breaks my heart. I left the United States 3 years ago... Yet always felt like I always had the VA... Fuck. 😭😭 I know the people that work there are doing their best. 🙏 Fucking breaks my heart. I'm a nobody to most of the world. I would be dead if it wasn't for the VA.
