Mike's Hamburgers and Hotdogs at the corner of Carnes & Nelson offers $3 burgers and hotdogs, but no beer. The Frontier Saloon on Carnes has a good beer list, and has had some of the cheapest food at the Fair for years.

Update: Seeing some online indications that The Frontier Saloon may be closed. I won't likely go to the Fair this year, so I cannot confirm or deny.
