I meant to include coal barrons. We use NG and hydroelectric for most of our electrical generation. Solar popping up on more houses in town. It and safe nuclear reactors together may reduce our dependence on old dinosaurs. (Carbon)

Nuclear reactors are much safer than their reputation. I spent 10 years working on them, but the hysteria killed most of the industry.

I always thought it to be the future too. It's only when things go wrong like Japan's earthquake do they make the news.
