Thats how I see it as well. Nuclear threat? Maybe but I doubt, anybody can change Putins plans anyway. He wants nuclear war? He will start it. He will "find" "reasons". In anyway keeping cuddling with him, ralatively speaking, will not make him end his terror on UA. Nato should finally act.
