By what authority do ICE agents think they can interrogate minor children without their parent/guardian being present - or, was the trap they hoped to set? Courts must hold ICE agents who lie or submit false claims accountable for their actions. Criminal charges must be applied.

Check your state laws, there isn't a federal law requiring parental notification. Unless the state law prohibits it, police can detain a minor without parent or guardian & question them, some only allow an attorney to see the minor. Teach your children-don’t answer questions & say, “I want a lawyer”
