Sometimes I think I’m okay at computers and other times I spend 45 minutes failing to create a Gemini API key how is this so hard

Ah yes, the easy task of let's create a key. First we enable the right APIs, for the generative language services, or was it the Gemini API, no wait Vertex? I'm already over it, let's go shopping.

I'm good w computers because of logic. Often tasks like generating keys are not logical - just a series of idiosyncratic tasks. I'm terrible w US health care bureaucracy for the same reason. The illogic makes my head spin.
