In Illinois, we have a completely free policy for "Paxlovid" already. It saved me a few years ago when I had Covid and no health insurance or prescription plan because I was still a contract employee.

I live in Sturgeon Bay, up in Door County. If my state of Wisconsin doesn't do this, I'm coming to Illinois for my covid shots.

While we may not hear a lot in "press" there seem to be more special sessions of state houses going on right now. I know of 3 blue states that either finished this week, or next week are working hard for their huge holes in what bbb did to their communities.

Given the purposely ineffective and unethical mishandling of the public trust, it might be a good thing for states to handle this. Blue states will have it good and red states will get screwed. Can’t fix stupid…🤷‍♂️
