I totally loved it when Bolger called Loomer a coward about eight times in less than a minute. I mean, it’s completely unprofessional and sanctionable conduct, but I almost gave her a standing ovation when I read that. Though it’s no less sanctionable than Klayman’s 837 “relevance” objections.
Can Bolger present the rest of the transcript as a defense if she is sanctioned? Because I'm honestly surprised she was able to remain professional through most of the answers she was given. She had to break at some point.
She can submit the transcript and argue that she got frustrated by Loomer’s and Klayman’s conduct. And a judge might be sympathetic. But it’s not a good excuse — lawyers are supposed to keep their cool and follow the rules, even in the face of obstruction and obnoxious conduct by others.

Klayman was all over the place. He objected to almost every question (often on “relevancy” grounds, which is an improper objection), he objected when exhibits were introduced, and he objected when no question was pending but his client was babbling on anyway.
Well he's insane or greedy or both for taking this particular psychopath as a client. So it really isn't surprising. Ordinarily let them talk and dig their holes, but considering the significant use of a limited resource being consumed on this waste of space of a human, this trial is wasteful.

I'm not a CivPro person, So I need to ask. Klayman's law license was suspended for 18 months by DC. Can he continue to practice despite his appeal? (Which seems to have dropped on 8/7 where they upheld his suspension)
I dunno, but the suspension was in Sept. 2022 (was it tolled? delayed? did the reciprocal discipline run differently?) so it could easily be over by the time of the June 2025 deposition.
The suspension order I saw was dated June 30, 2024. But i dont know about CivPro and Local Rules and the whatnbot
It looks like the 2024 was the DC BPR, which was then appealed, and the appeal opinion issued Aug. 7, 2025 (last week!). It seems that the suspension was tolled until then, as there was a pending stay motion. (This is also well outside the realm of what most would call "civpro.")
