Yes, the application itself is a problem *if* she made misrepresentations on it. But Pulte’s criminal referral seems to refer exclusively to the publicly available mortgage agreements. I’m not aware of any instance in which he or Trump have specifically cited misrepresentations on her applications.

I know, I’ve reviewed her mortgage instruments. The occupancy clause is in there. But there are several reasons why you’d want to know what she wrote on the application to actually assess her potential criminal exposure. Mere fact that she signed a contract w/ that clause doesn’t tell u much at all
