It is possible, but such findings are immediately appealable and until that is resolved the main case has to stop - so the judge could hold them in contempt and they could keep those kids on that plane for days or weeks while the regime appeals and appeals…

Yep. Those kids were gone 15 minutes after the last one boarded the plane! Sadly, even if by some miracle they are returned, not one of the officials involved will be prosecuted for defying the court order.
