Dear assorted federal judges: use this as a template (temporary as needed) when federal troops hit your district and the governor / mayor file suit. Immediate this, with no stay, then do the arguments.

Professional courtesy? They aren't required to do it but you can't unring a bell. They try to protect both sides' rights. I'm not a lawyer either.
