I don't think so. Most voting people don't remember beyond 1 week ago. Some of us remember everything & know history. We are increasingly outnumbered.

Then why would it matter? Do you think that crying "it's a distraction!" to people who don't pay attention in venues they don't pay attention to is anything more than a fart in the wind? At least farts are funny whereas the constant "it's a distraction!" is just annoying.
