Highly unlikely. Voting machines just count ballots. The paper ballots cannot be altered by the machines. Most places audit the elections by randomly picking precincts and matching the paper ballots to the machine count. And I doubt you can find ballots that did not list Harris.

Voting machines don’t tally anything. That’s a separate machine. They send ballot info to the tallying machine.
