I’m…pretty sure Professor Xavier was walking in the early 2000s?
I’m…pretty sure Professor Xavier was walking in the early 2000s?
It was a Xorneto nanobots thing or something but he was walking around that period.
Yeah because he was walking during Rise and Fall of the Shi'ar Empire
Yep. Then Xorneto took the nanites back and he was crippled again, but then Scarlet Witch depowered him on M-Day but let him walk again as a consolation prize.
Yep, crippling moment #3
The funniest thing for me was the Mystique regular series from that era, where Chuck is walking around in the first arc, and when he shows up in the final one he's back in the wheelchair with zero explanation.
I think it was an aftereffect of House of M? I definitely remember a panel of SOMETHING where someone says "you're WALKING?" and he goes "I suppose Wanda thought I deserved as much" or something like that.
It was during the grant morrison/Xorn era, House of M, and then Krakoa as well. He gets around for someone allegedly disabled. Probably getting social security disability money as well. Fucking muties, living on welfare doing nothing while taking our jobs.
During New X-Men, and then again after House of M (that one apparently stuck, I don't think I've seen him in a wheelchair since)
it was Patrick Stewart but they could cast Walken for the reboot
boooooo
old news: X-Men coming back from the dead bold, new: Professor X is walking again
Was that a post-Hunt for Xavier status-quo?
