No. That's what you already have, a seventeenth cent monarch who your parliament is failing in its duty to restrain. There are enough successful republican constitutions for you could adopt if you didn't fetishise your own so much.

Not sure you can. Other states have revolutions based on ideas but yours would probably be based on wealth. Limits on buying elections was a start but that didn't last too long.

But I'd expect the markets to correct Trump first by eliminating his supporters from congress in the next elections and that should start to kick in next year.
