It's amongst my 10 favourites for sure! I don't think that I could ever pick just one all-time fave. (And by rewatch I meant for the 600th time... last watched maybe 3 months ago... π)

I have a Top Ten list that's closer to 20 lol. And I rewatch my favorites often. It's a comfort to me. βΊοΈ
Me too. When my anxiety is high (much of the time) I don't watch many new things in case of unexpected triggers. I have a rotation of a bunch of old favourites then carefully research new films before watching. I wasn't always this way or I never would've seen it re: the suicide attempt.
I'm okay with that because I know to expect it and know how it turns out.
Good point about triggers. For me, I think it's that I know what mood or feeling I want to evoke, and know what movie can provide that. New movies are a risk! π
Good point. It's definitely that too. Same with music. I have playlists organized by decade, by genre, and by mood. Mood wins most of the time. Plus there's just comfort in familiarity.
Right, it's a comfort for me. BTW, there's a study that says that ppl who rewatch a lot are more emotionally intelligent.
Yay for us!
