That’s what I keep saying. Where is Congress? Aren’t they to review and approve an EO to make it law? Well they are hiding. For 2 months while the orange blob continues to wreck havoc. Shame on every GOP member. Weak shams of human beings.

No. They can pass legislation that is consistent with an EO, but they do not review or approve EOs. That would violate the separation of powers principle. You are probably thinking of the Congressional Review Act, which pertains to regulations.
