Spray paint “ICE” on their unmarked vehicles and rented moving vans so we, their neighbors and insurance adjusters can show our appreciation accordingly for all their hard work? It seems to work in Ukraine with “Z” on Russian vehicles

There's a video going around by a woman who is tracing & tracking their vehicles, and (of those that even have license plates) something like 75% of the plates do not match the vehicles they were issued to, or have never been issued by their state's DMV. Ghost plates.
