I should clarify, the administration has plenty of lawyers that are fully aware of the law but they ignore it.

Even in my youth I knew better than to do something that was wrong just because someone else told me to and it didn’t matter who that person was. These asshats have zero integrity. Shameful, but literally no-one that can do anything cares.

I think that can be true but not always. Some people recognize it because we have been victimized by people like this and our brains teach us to recognize it in Others as a survival skill.
