I'm sure @pinkgorillalas.bsky.social feels silly about this, but it's a great story and great publicity - I really think it's a win-win! Crazy to think that this was probably hanging there for months, including when I was there shopping!

We’ve confirmed it’s been hanging there since at least May. Which also confirms that I got it in a random Famicom lot before the store opened and paid no more than $4 for it. Everybody wins!
