Thanks, I know about the certification labs. I was trying to get a source on the 'private' labs that were 'supposed' to be doing the tampering and rigging the vote away from Mrs. Harris. Makes it seem that it was some company other than Pro V&V.

Wasn’t a certification lab sold a year or two ago? Thinking that may have been something unexplained. Too much clock and dagger and not enough transparency.
