How is that affordable? I could make a complete meatloaf dinner for 5 for under 40 bucks. The most expensive part is the ground beef, and six pounds was $28 at Costco and that is more than you need. Potatoes - cheap. A side veggie - cheap. A little butter, spices you already have... Easy.

2 lbs. would suffice for 5 IMO but it goes to show what triggers people here. And $60 is a lot of money for people struggling to pay their bills.
